Return Process

  Log into your BLUETTI EU account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Drop Off or Collection

  Affix the return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized EU courier point or schedule a home collection through our portal.
